Siemens uses NVIDIA AI to plan production and inspect quality faster

Siemens is using NVIDIA's Factory Operations Blueprint and Cosmos generative AI to speed up production planning, cutting the time needed from hours or days to minutes. The company uses Cosmos to create virtual prototypes and synthetic data for training optical inspection models before physical production begins.

Siemens is also integrating AI agents and digital twins into its operations to enable what the company calls adaptive manufacturing—systems that can adjust to changes in real time.
